Zinsser Perma-White Mould & Mildew Proof Interior Paint is a high-performance, water-based acrylic coating designed for moisture-prone areas. Its durable eggshell white finish helps prevent mould and mildew growth on the paint film while resisting moisture, stains and dirt.

Ideal for bathrooms, kitchens, laundries, basements and other humid interior spaces, Perma-White provides a washable, scrubbable finish for walls, ceilings, trim and doors. Its self-priming formula offers excellent adhesion to properly prepared surfaces, including many glossy surfaces, without sanding.

The low-odour formula is easy to apply and cleans up with soap and water. It can be tinted to off-white, pastel and medium colours, making it suitable for residential, commercial and industrial interiors.
