Shipping Policy
Our orders are shipped from Cairns, QLD Australia (4870). If there is no sufficient stock in this branch then your order will be fulfilled by one of our other branches or supplier directly.
Please allow 1 business day from the purchase time for your order to be fulfilled and shipped. If for some rare reason this will not be achieved, we will contact you directly and inform you of the situation.
Domestic Orders
For standard delivery within Australia we utilise Fastway Couriers as our primary carrier and Australia Post as our second.
Delivery times will vary depending on your location. You can get your exact estimated delivery time at the Fastway Couriers shipping calculator (no dimensions needed) and Australia Post shipping calculator (see Parcel Post) respectively.
Please note that Cairns is outside of the Next Day Delivery area for Australia Post Express Post. Please keep this in mind should you be considering utilising the Express Post option.
New Zealand
Items are shipped via Australia Post International Express Courier. The estimated delivery time frame is 3-5 business days from date of dispatch.
Other Countries
Your order delivery time will vary depending on your country. You can get your exact estimated delivery time at the Australia Post shipping calculator page (click overseas tab and refer to Standard Service). Our postcode is 4870.
*Central & South American Buyers* - Please note we often experience longer delays with shipment deliveries to these countries. Though we ship fast and the items often arrive in the destination country on time, customs dispatch and domestic courier delays are often responsible for longer waiting times. Please contact us prior to purchase should this be an issue or you'd like some more details.
