WATTYL Super Etch Epoxy Etch Primer Grey 20L

Wattyl Super Etch is a premium single-pack epoxy etch primer designed to provide excellent adhesion and anti-corrosive properties across a wide range of common metals. This 20L Grey primer can be used as a primer or applied as a light mist coat for conventional etching applications.

Designed for direct application to correctly prepared mild steel, ZINCALUME®, COLORBOND®, chrome, brass, copper, lead and lead alloys, stainless steel, aluminium and galvanised iron. Super Etch can be overcoated with most common finish types, including enamels, lacquers, chlorinated rubbers, polyurethanes and epoxy enamels.

Super Etch is suitable for conventional air spray, airless spray and small-area brush or roller application. At 25°C and 50% relative humidity it is touch dry in approximately 5 minutes, dry to handle in 20 minutes and can be recoated after a minimum of 1 hour.
