Visbella DIY Headlight Restoration Kit is a complete three-step system designed to restore clarity to headlight lenses that have become yellowed, cloudy or hazy. The progressive sand, polish and protect process removes heavy yellowing, fading and corrosion before polishing the lens and applying a protective finishing liquid.

The kit can be used manually or with a machine polisher, with machine polishing generally providing better results. It includes the abrasives, polishing materials, protective liquid and accessories required for the restoration process and is intended to restore two headlights.

Suitable for restoring headlights, tail lights, fog lights and directional lights, the kit provides a practical alternative to replacing an aged or deteriorated light lens. A household drill or polishing machine is not included.

• Preparation: Clean the headlight lens with water and mask the surrounding perimeter to protect the vehicle paintwork.
• Sanding: Wet sand progressively from coarse to fine using P800, P1200 and P2000 sanding discs.
• Polishing: Apply polish paste using the orange sponge disc and polish until the lens shine is restored. An electric buffer or polisher is recommended for best results.
• Protection: Apply 5–10 drops of protective liquid to the cleaning cloth and apply evenly to the dry lens away from direct sunlight. Allow to set for 3–5 minutes before wiping away excess liquid.
• Full Cure: Allow 24 hours for the protective liquid to fully cure, or use a hair dryer for 1–2 minutes as directed in the supplied instructions.
