Troton Master Polyester Spray Filler is a professional-grade, two-component sprayable filler designed to correct surface irregularities and create a smooth, uniform base before painting. With excellent adhesion and high build properties, it is widely used in automotive refinishing to repair dents, scratches, and uneven surfaces, ensuring a durable and flawless finish.

Application

• Mixing ratio: Combine polyester spray filler with the supplied hardener as per technical data sheet instructions.
• Pot life: Approximately 30–40 minutes at 20°C after mixing.
• Drying time: Ready for sanding in around 2–3 hours at room temperature.
• Intended use: Designed for automotive refinishing to correct panel defects and prepare surfaces for painting.
• Application method: Apply with a spray gun in multiple thin coats, allow to cure, then sand smooth.
• Finish: Creates a high-build, uniform surface ready for primers and basecoats

Caution: Do not apply polyester spray fillers directly on the reactive primers, 1K acrylic and nitrocellulose products.
