Teroson EP 5055 is a high-strength, two-component epoxy structural adhesive developed for automotive collision repair and body panel bonding. The solvent-free formula combines structural bonding performance with corrosion protection for professional vehicle body repair applications.

Designed for bare steel, zinc-coated steel, aluminium alloys and sheet moulding compounds, EP 5055 is particularly suited to roof and panel bonding. It can also be used in combination with spot welding and riveting where permitted by the applicable OEM repair procedure.

The 200ml dual cartridge provides approximately 80 minutes of working time at 23°C. It reaches initial strength in approximately 7 hours and fully cures at room temperature in approximately 48 hours, with accelerated curing possible using controlled heat.
