After shaking for 2 mins sprayed contents onto headliner and headliner material only clear liquid came out A few small specks of adhesive After using both cans with the same result there was not adhesive to bond the headliner I then purchased 2 cans of Permatex and resorayed over the same surface The glue came out visibly and you could see the glue coverage not just a damp residue
Even shaking the cans was noticeable different The CAR-REP General Purpose Spray On Contact Adhesive 500ml Aerosol Clear x 2 Pack when shaken the ball bearing inside was like it was in a water like liquid whereas the Permatex was initially a dull rattle as the substance in the can was a thicker glue liquid and never a loud rattle almost like the can was just filled with a gas and some liquid that was non sticky I have a photo of the results of your product with almost no glue spayed onto the surface at 8 inches distance

Scrubbed and cleaned original surface, sprayed both the car roof panel and new fabric, glue did not hold at all. Used contact glue a few days later...worked 1st go. Would not recommend this product for car roof linings.
