PACER R46 Spray Putty is an acrylic aerosol putty designed for high-build filling of minor surface imperfections. It works well over Pacer Primer Surfacer or bare metal, and offers fast drying, excellent sanding characteristics and minimal shrinkage for smoother refinishing preparation.

Application

• Intended Use: For use over primed or bare surfaces needing surface levelling before topcoat.
• Application Instructions: Shake can well; spray in light uniform coats from approximately 20–25 cm away; allow flash time between coats.
• Drying & Cure: Touch dry within minutes; ready for sanding once firm—actual time depends on ambient temperature and film thickness.
• Surface Prep: Ensure substrate is clean, dry, and free of contaminants before applying.
• Coverage & Yield: Varies with film thickness and substrate absorption; ideal for refinishing preparation rather than heavy filling.
