PACER S77 Sound Deadener is a fast-drying, bitumen-based spray coating designed to reduce vibration and road noise while offering protection from corrosion, moisture, and abrasion. It forms a flexible, durable layer ideal for underbody and internal panels without requiring a primer or topcoat.

Application

  • Recommended Surfaces: Use on bare or primed steel, aluminium, chassis, panels, underbody areas and structural vehicle sections
  • Surface Prep & Application: Clean, degrease and mask surrounding areas. Shake can thoroughly, apply in multiple light coats 20–30 cm from surface
  • Drying Time: Touch-dry quickly under normal conditions; recoat or allow to cure before overcoating or exposing to heavy wear
  • Coverage Guidance: Coverage depends on film thickness and substrate — expect lower m² per can due to texture of underbody film
  • Storage & Safety: Store in a cool dry place, avoid flame or heat; use in well-ventilated areas and wear protective equipment
  • Limitations: Not recommended for potable water surfaces; avoid applying over wet or heavily oxidised surfaces
