Zinsser Peel Stop is a premium clear binding sealer designed to stabilise peeling, flaking, cracking and chalking painted surfaces before repainting. Its penetrating acrylic formula seeps beneath loose paint edges, binding them firmly to the substrate to create a sound surface for subsequent primer and topcoat applications.

Ideal for interior and exterior projects, Peel Stop helps bridge hairline cracks and seals weathered surfaces without the need for complete paint removal. It is suitable for previously painted timber, masonry, concrete, plaster, rendered surfaces, brick, fibre cement, galvanised metal and other properly prepared substrates. 

The 4 litre size is perfect for larger residential, commercial and maintenance projects where peeling or weathered paint requires stabilisation before repainting. The water-based formula dries quickly, is easy to apply by brush, roller or airless spray and can be recoated after approximately two hours under normal conditions.
