Application

• Intended Use: For 4WD/ute trays, caravan and trailer floors, marine engine covers, farm equipment, anti-slip home steps.
• Coverage: Approx. 4 m² when sprayed at 4 mm nozzle; up to 6 m² at 2.5 mm nozzle; roller/brush application approximates 5-6 m².
• Usage Instructions: Shake or stir base component, mix with hardener at specified ratio (100:26 by weight) before application. Ensure substrate is cleaned, degreased and prepared as per technical data.
• Time to Dry: Dry to touch approx. 45–60 minutes at 20 °C; full cure after 7 days for heavy-duty use.
• Surface Preparation: Suitable substrates include steel, aluminium, stainless, plastic (with adhesion agent), and previously coated surfaces (as per compatibility instructions).
• Safety & Storage: Store in cool, dry area away from direct sunlight. Use in well-ventilated space. Always test first on inconspicuous area as coating is permanent.
