Worst, most unreliable service ever. I made a purchase late Sunday night, or technically Monday as it was 17 minutes after midnight. I required my item to arrive by Wednesday at the latest, and since this was the only company that offered this timeframe, I chose it over all others. I sent a message, very politely requesting that the item be shipped as soon as possible because I needed it early enough for an event on Thursday. Since they advised that Wednesday would be a possibility, this should not have been a challenge. I didn't receive any acknowledgment until Tuesday at which point, ETHAN, told me they had not even seen my message which was sent through the only means made available, and my order would be shipped ''the next business day''. According to their own website, their ''business day'' does not start until 7:00am, so my item should've been sent Monday after commencement of the ''business day''. Ethan informed me that it would not arrive until 3 days after that point at the earliest, which was not acceptable and did not honour the offer made on their ebay site at the time of purchase. He tried to tell me that he has just entered my postcode and the response indicated that it would arrive 3 days later. I had to explain to this moron multiple times that the enquiry he made over a day after my purchase was not relevant, and even provided him with a screenshot as evidence of the date I was informed my item could arrive. Throughout the entire buying process, as my address was obviously entered in to the system, I was informed that the delivery date would be from Wednesday onwards, NOT Friday. I even received a confirmation of this via email after my payment had been processed, but this idiot insisted on only acknowledging the estimated time of delivery based on an enquiry he made over a day later. Not only did he refuse to acknowledge this contract we had entered into, but he refused any compensation for his FAILED service which did not meet the expectation created at the point of offer, sale and confirmation. The item finally arrived two days late (or later than it possibly could have had they done their job competently) which means I was unable to participate in the event planned. I could've chosen from many other companies that sold the exact same product, but chose them purely based on the delivery date, which they FAILED to honour or even attempt to rectify. I was going to point out that there is no real reason to buy from one paint company over another as prices were all about the same. But that's not true. Every other company sold the same product for at least $10.00 less. Wholesale Paint Group Cairns did that thing where they massively overinflate the price and then claim they are offering ''free delivery''. If you mark up the price so much that it covers the cost of delivery, then it is not ''free''. This is dishonest and yet another con job from an unreliable business that has to resort to fraudulent practices to make a sale. No other company tried to pull that scam. They all offered the item at a fixed price, and noted delivery separately. They did not try to give the false impression that they were offering anything for ''free'' or doing the customer any favours. So based on the complete unreliability, dishonesty and refusal to acknowledge communication from customers, whether it be via direct message or photographic evidence of the ''contract'' that was entered in to, I have to advise that you simply look elsewhere for your painting needs as there are countless other companies that offer the exact same thing, but without the pathetic level of service and lack of commitment to honouring what should have been a very simple exchange between a buyer and seller.
When the ''owner'' responded to this Google Review, the coward not only failed to identify ''itself'', but it completely disregarded my entire comment, and acted as if they had actually provided acceptable service, and successfully lived up to the expectation of service based on multiple steps of communication throughout the buying process.

I will never ever shop from these disrespectful, incompetent people ever again and if asked, I will do my best to convince them to shop elsewhere, which will be easy enough to do.
Note: the days referenced in the beginning were not from ''late Sunday'' in relation to the current time of this requested review. I simply copied and pasted this review from what I had already shared all over the internet many weeks ago, before moving on until receiving yet another email requesting feedback.
