Rust-Oleum Stops Rust Protective Enamel in Gloss Smoke Grey is a durable rust-preventive aerosol coating designed for protecting and refinishing metal and wood surfaces. Its oil-modified alkyd formula provides a tough, attractive gloss finish with excellent resistance to abrasion, fading, chipping and dulling.

Suitable for indoor and outdoor projects, Stops Rust provides strong corrosion protection and excellent coverage on properly prepared ferrous metal, non-ferrous metal and wood. The aerosol features an any-angle spray system for easier access to difficult areas and a comfort spray tip designed to reduce finger fatigue.

For best results, apply two or more light coats a few minutes apart. The coating covers approximately 0.9–1.09m² per can at the recommended film thickness and dries fully in approximately 24 hours under specified conditions.
