RUST-OLEUM Specialty High Heat BBQ Black Paint 946ml Heat Resistant to 648°C
Rust-Oleum Specialty High Heat BBQ Black Paint is a heat-resistant protective coating designed to renew and protect metal surfaces exposed to high temperatures. With dry heat resistance up to 648°C (1200°F), it is ideal for restoring the exterior of BBQ grills, wood-burning stoves, fire pits, radiators and other heat-exposed metal surfaces.
Formulated with a silicone-modified alkyd resin, this durable coating provides excellent colour retention through repeated heating cycles while helping protect against rust and corrosion. Its rich black finish offers a practical solution for maintaining and restoring metal surfaces in indoor and outdoor high-temperature applications.
Supplied in a 946ml tin, this brush-on high heat paint can be applied using a quality brush or roller to properly prepared metal. The coating dries to the touch in approximately 2–4 hours and should be allowed to dry for 24 hours before heating, providing a durable finish for BBQ restoration and general high-temperature metal maintenance.
