The Rupes BigFoot D-A Intermediate Foam Polishing Pad is the most versatile foam pad in the BigFoot D-A Series, designed to bridge the gap between cutting and finishing. Engineered for dual action and gear-driven polishers, it delivers an ideal balance of defect removal and gloss enhancement across a wide range of paint systems.
The advanced open-cell foam construction provides excellent compound distribution, improved heat management and consistent polishing performance. When paired with Rupes D-A Coarse Compound it removes heavier defects, while with D-A Fine Compound it refines moderate imperfections to a high-gloss finish. It also performs exceptionally with UNO Protect and UNO Advanced for one-step polishing and protection.
Designed for use with 75mm backing plates, the 80/100mm pad is ideal for spot repairs, smaller panels, bumpers and intricate vehicle areas where maximum control and precision are required.
