POR-15 Automotive Fuel Tank Repair Kit is a complete three-stage system for cleaning, preparing and sealing metal fuel tanks. Containing 3.78L of treatment products, the kit is designed to restore automotive, agricultural and industrial fuel tanks with capacities up to approximately 95L.
The system includes Cleaner Degreaser to remove gum, sludge and varnish, Metal Prep to treat rust and prepare the metal, and Fuel Tank Sealer to create a durable, fuel-resistant internal lining. It helps prevent further corrosion and seals small pinhole leaks and seams, with resistance to petrol, diesel, ethanol-blended fuels and fuel additives.
Thoroughly clean and prepare the tank before applying the silver fuel tank sealer. The interior must be completely dry before sealing, and excess sealer must be drained to prevent pooling. Allow at least 96 hours of curing before adding fuel, following the supplied manufacturer instructions.
