POR-15 High Temp Aluminium is a professional heat-resistant aerosol coating designed to protect and refinish metal surfaces exposed to extreme temperatures. With heat resistance up to 649°C (1200°F), it is ideal for automotive exhaust manifolds, headers, exhaust pipes and other high-temperature metal components.

The coating produces a low-sheen aluminium finish that resists cracking, chipping, peeling and discolouration. Its resistance to weather, salt and moisture makes it suitable for automotive restoration and demanding high-heat applications.

Apply directly to clean, dry, properly prepared metal without a separate primer or top coat. Abrasive blasting is recommended for optimum preparation. Use several light spray coats and heat cure at a minimum of 205°C for two hours, following the manufacturer's aerosol application instructions.
