PLUS Rust Converter & Primer 500ml Rust Treatment for Metal

Plus Rust Converter & Primer 500ml is an industrial-strength metal treatment designed to convert existing rust and prepare surfaces for protective painting. Its combined rust conversion and priming action helps simplify the restoration and maintenance of corroded metal components.

Suitable for rusted steel, iron and oxidised metal, the formula reacts with corrosion to help create a stable surface for subsequent coating. It is suited to automotive restoration, trailers, machinery, metal gates, railings and general workshop maintenance.

Before application, remove loose rust, scale, oil, grease and other contaminants, leaving firmly attached rust for the converter to react with. Apply using a suitable method and allow the treated surface to dry completely. Follow the product instructions for removing uncured residue and applying an appropriate undercoat.

Key Features

  • Rust Conversion: Chemically treats existing rust to help stabilise corroded metal surfaces.

  • Corrosion Protection: Helps seal treated surfaces against further deterioration.
