PACER S77 Sound Deadener is a fast-drying, bitumen-based spray coating designed to reduce vibration and road noise while offering protection from corrosion, moisture, and abrasion. It forms a flexible, durable layer ideal for underbody and internal panels without requiring a primer or topcoat.

Application

• Application Surface: Ensure surface is clean, dry, and free of oil, dirt, or rust before application
• Usage Instructions: Shake well, apply evenly using spray or brush; multiple coats may be applied for enhanced protection
• Drying Time: Tack-free in 1–2 hours; fully cured in 24 hours depending on temperature and humidity
• Coverage: Approximately 1L covers 4–6 m² depending on surface texture and thickness applied
