PACER S80 Cavity Rust Inhibitor Aerosol 400gm Water-Repellent Rust Protection

PACER S80 Cavity Rust Inhibitor is a heavy-duty corrosion preventative wax coating designed to penetrate concealed cavities and internal metal sections, leaving a flexible, non-sticky, water-repellent film. Ideal for protecting hidden steelwork in chassis, door cavities, box sections and structural joints from rust and corrosion over the long term.

  • Deep penetrating protection: Specially formulated to access and coat hard-to-reach internal cavities and boxed sections
  • Flexible, non-sticky film: Dries to a pliable, soft coating that resists cracking, maintaining corrosion defence
  • Water repellent barrier: Ensures moisture exclusion in concealed areas 
  • Automotive & structural use: Suitable for chassis rails, door internals, sills, pillars, trailers, caravans and more 
  • Compliance: Formulated to meet AS2662 standard for corrosion protection 

Application

  • Pre-clean internal cavities - Remove oil, grease, loose rust and debris. Apply via nozzle, spray or small wand to ensure full coverage of concealed surfaces.
  • Drying / set time: Forms a protective film as solvent evaporates; allow sufficient time before sealing or overcoating in enclosed areas
  • Coverage guidance: Coverage varies with cavity geometry and application method; liquid version used to saturate internal voids rather than define flat m² rate.
  • Intended use: For prevention and control of corrosion in hidden metal cavities where direct exposure occurs to moisture and salt environments (automotive, industrial, agricultural, marine)
  • Limitations: Not a structural reinforcement; not ideal for external visible surfaces without topcoat; do not overapply to avoid runs or pooling within cavities.
  • Storage & safety: Store in a cool, dry location; ensure adequate ventilation during application and observe solvent safety practices.
