The Monti Adapter System is great, But unfortunately the belt that was suppose to be with it in the parcel was not there, I have contacted them many times and the missing part is still missing and I haven't had a response to my last two emails now, I't been almost 2 weeks since last response and that was to recheck post office. Great product but customer service is not so good
