Designed for use over KBS RustSeal or other suitably prepared surfaces, BlackTop delivers exceptional durability while maintaining a deep gloss black finish. It can also be applied directly to properly prepared bare metal, painted or primed surfaces, making it suitable for automotive, marine, trailer and industrial applications.
