My order was never received, it has been sitting somewhere in California since December 18, 2024 with absolutely no movement at all. For the amount of money spent on this item and to ship, it’s highly undesirable not to receive a large order.

eBay refunded my money, however, had the seller got involved when the order wasn’t moving, possibly this could have been prevented. I filed a missing package report with USPS on December 28, 2024 with absolutely no response from USPS, and the tracking still shows absolutely no movement of this package since December 18, 2024. It’s January 18, 2025 now and the package still hasn’t moved.

Buyers are not the ones filling out the paperwork to ship and being presented to U.S. Customs. Frankly, I couldn’t answer the questions USPS and Customs wanted, I didn’t have the Seller information and the Seller wasn’t exactly helpful when the package went missing. The burden was placed on me, without knowing anything about how it was packaged or shipped.

So please, my order was “NOT FULFILLED” as it was “NEVER RECEIVED” and the tracking on the USPS website hasn’t changed one bit since December 18, 2024. It’s unclear why I’m even receiving this email, a review was left on eBay stating the same.
