The DeVilbiss Advance HD P430 Pressure Spray Gun is a professional pressure-feed spray gun engineered for demanding industrial finishing applications. This configuration combines a 1.2mm fluid tip with the No. 430 conventional air cap, providing fine atomisation and a controlled 200mm typical fan pattern for accurate coating application.

Designed for high-demand spray finishing, the Advance HD uses stainless steel fluid tips, needles and fluid passageways as standard. Its lightweight, balanced construction, contoured handle and separate balanced air valve are designed to improve trigger control and reduce operator fatigue during extended production work.

The pressure-feed Advance HD platform is suitable for coating wood, metal, plastic and composite substrates with a broad range of coating materials, including solvent-based, waterborne, high-solids and 2K products. The ADV-P430-12 is supplied as the pressure spray gun configuration and is designed for connection to an external pressure-fed material supply.
