Application

• Intended Use: Use over bare metal, polyester filler, fibreglass, or existing primer layers to prepare for final paint.
• Surface Prep: Clean, degrease, scuff-sand, and remove loose material before spraying.
• Application Method: Shake can well; apply 2–3 light coats from ~20-25 cm, allowing flash between coats.
• Drying / Sanding: Allow the primer to tack up or semi-cure before sanding; times depend on ambient conditions.
• Coverage: coverage will vary with substrate and film thickness; it is a preparatory layer, not final paint.
• Compatibility: Follow with acrylic, enamel or other compatible topcoats after proper cure.
• Limitations: Not for use as final colour coating; avoid overapplication to prevent runs.
• Storage & Safety: Store in a cool, dry place; use in well-ventilated area; wear PPE while applying.
