Bilt Hamber Korrosol is a powerful pH-balanced fallout remover designed to remove embedded metallic particles from vehicle paintwork. Metallic contamination generated by braking surfaces, industrial fallout and rail transport can become embedded in paint, where corrosion of the particles can contribute to deterioration around the affected area.

Korrosol is sprayed directly onto a cool surface and reacts with metallic contamination through a chelation process. The formula changes from clear to deep purple as it reacts, after which the contamination can be rinsed away with water or a pressure washer. Bilt Hamber recommends Korrosol before claying, leaving the paintwork ready for subsequent clay, polish or wax processes.

The 1L size is supplied with a trigger spray for convenient application. Korrosol can also be used for removing light or flash corrosion, where its action helps render iron oxide water soluble for easier removal.
