Featuring very fine aluminium oxide abrasive, they provide fast cutting performance while leaving a smooth, consistent finish without significantly altering the work surface. 

Unlike traditional steel wool, the Scotch-Brite 7447 pads will not rust, shred or leave behind fine metal splinters. The open-web construction resists loading, rinses clean for repeated use and delivers consistent performance throughout the life of the pad. They can be used dry, with water or with solvents depending on the application.

Suitable for use on metal, timber, plastics, fibreglass, ceramics, porcelain, rubber, composites, primers and painted surfaces, these versatile pads can be folded, stacked or rolled to clean flat panels, contours and hard-to-reach areas with excellent control.
