Store Pickup is an easy way to buy online and collect your items from your local Wholesale Paint Group store.

How to use Store Pickup

1. Once you checkout, select the ‘Store Pickup’ option in the Order details section
2. Select your preferred store from the list
3. Pay and complete your order, and that’s it! We’ll reserve your items and get them ready for collection during the store opening hours. (Orders usually ready within 2 hours)

We’ll contact you as soon as your order is ready for collection

After you've placed your order online, wait to hear from us about your collection. We'll send you an email as soon as your items are ready to collect. Orders are usually ready for collection within two hours of purchase (within store opening hours only)

What to bring when collecting your order

• Proof of purchase: Including a reference to your order number, your order confirmation email will have this.
• Valid physical photo ID: Current driver's licence, passport or other form of ID.

When you get to the store, head to the front counter with your proof and purchase and photo ID and the staff will assist you.
